The short version

Packing & Unpacking

Full pack, part pack, or just the breakables — plus all the materials, delivered.

Packing is where most moves go wrong, and it is the part people most underestimate. A three-bedroom house is roughly 60 to 80 cartons and two full days of work. Our packers do it in half a day, and everything arrives intact.

A full pack means we bring everything — cartons, tissue, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, tape and markers — and pack every cupboard, drawer and shelf in the house. A part pack covers just the rooms you would rather not face: usually the kitchen, the study and the display cabinet.

Everything is labelled by room and by contents, and fragile cartons are marked and loaded last. On the other side, our unpacking service puts crockery back in cupboards, makes the beds, and removes every last carton and offcut of bubble wrap from the property so you are not living with a mountain of cardboard for a fortnight.

Absolutely, and most clients do. A common split is that you pack clothes, books and linen, and we pack the kitchen, glassware and anything electronic.

Yes, if you book unpacking. If you self-unpack, we will collect flattened cartons free of charge within 14 days anywhere in greater Johannesburg.
