Move the business over a weekend and open on Monday like nothing happened.
Commercial moves are judged on one thing: how fast you are trading again. We plan around your operating hours, move after close of business, and have the new floor set up before your staff badge in on Monday morning.
Every desk, chair, monitor and cabinet is barcoded to a destination on the new floor plan. Staff pack their own crates on Friday, we move overnight, and IT plugs in on Saturday — no guessing where anything went.
We work regularly in Sandton, Rosebank, Midrand and the Joburg CBD, which means we already know how the goods lifts, loading bays and after-hours access work in most of the big buildings. Building-management paperwork, COIDA letters and proof of insurance are handled by us, not by your office manager.

What happens, in order
Site survey
We walk both floors with your facilities lead and agree the phasing.
Crate drop
Numbered crates and labels arrive 5–7 days ahead so staff can pack in their own time.
Overnight move
We load after close of business and offload straight to the new floor plan.
Monday check
A supervisor is on site for the first working morning to fix anything that is out of place.

A typical 30–50 seat office moved over a Friday night is trading again on Monday. Larger floors are phased over consecutive weekends so no department is ever fully offline.
We safely pack, transport and place all hardware. We do not decommission or re-cable servers — we coordinate with your IT provider so they are on site at the right moment.
Yes. We send building management our public liability cover, goods-in-transit cover, COIDA letter of good standing and the crew list as standard, usually 48 hours ahead.
